The present invention relates to a safety helmet for facility safety diagnosis inspection, which comprises: a protective body provided in a semi-spherical shape having an accommodation space formed therein, and worn on the head of a person to protect the same; a fixing plate hung on the shoulder of the person through a shoulder strap, and positioned on the back of the person; a pair of first elastic restraining units installed at left and right parts of the fixing plate, respectively; a pair of second elastic restraining units spaced apart from the first elastic restraining units by a predetermined interval, and installed at the center of the fixing plate; a pair of rings installed at both sides of the protective body, respectively; a pair of first restraining straps fixed to both front sides of the protective body, respectively, and connected to the first elastic restraining units passing through the rings to receive elastic force from the first elastic restraining units so as to restrain the protective body to the head of the person; and a pair of second restraining straps fixed to a rear part of the protective body, respectively, and connected to the second elastic restraining units to receive elastic force from the second elastic restraining units so as to restrain the protective body to the head of the person.
