The present invention relates to a sign manufacturing device and a sign manufactured thereby. The sign manufacturing device comprises: a weaving unit for weaving supplied optical fibers into a surface part of a sign; a CNC unit coupled to the weaving unit, numerically controlled by a computer to allow the weaving unit to weave the optical fibers into the surface part, and controlling the weaving unit in the front, rear, left, and right directions; a frame unit in which the CNC unit is installed and on which the surface part is seated and supported; and a control unit for controlling the weaving unit and the CNC unit. The weaving unit comprises: a main body coupled to the CNC unit; an optical fiber supply unit for supplying optical fibers supplied from an optical fiber roll from an upper part to a lower part of the main body; a needle unit formed at the lower part of the main body to form a through hole in the surface part, and weaving the optical fibers supplied through the optical fiber supply unit to the through hole; and a sensing unit for detecting whether the optical fibers are normally supplied to the needle unit. The present invention can freely adjust the diameter of the optical fibers depending on the font size of the sign. A support jig for supporting the two-head type weaving unit and the sign is easily detachable to a plurality of pre-formed mounting holes, thereby improving workability and productivity.
