The present invention provides a welding carriage mounting and transferring device based on a rail installed in a field. According to the present invention, the welding carriage mounting and transferring device based on the rail installed in the field enables a wire feeder and a welding carriage to be simply and easily transferred along a moving rail to an area in which welding work is performed in the work field in which various products are manufactured. So, the welding carriage mounting and transferring device based on the rail installed in the field can improve convenience of a worker. Also, a cable connects the wire feeder moving along the moving rail and a welding machine fixed to a predetermined position in the work field. The cable is clamped at predetermined intervals to a clamp for moving the cable. The clamp for moving the cable is linked to a movement of the wire feeder and the welding carriage and slides along the moving rail. Therefore, the cable can maintain connection with the wire feeder without twisting or a sudden change in tension.
