The present invention produces spherical polyvinyl acetate fine particles in which carbon nanomaterials are mixed by suspension polymerization, and then spherical carbon in which carbon nanomaterials are dispersed by dispersing spherical polyvinyl acetate in which carbon nanomaterials are mixed. After preparing nanocomposite fine particles of nanomaterials / polyvinyl alcohol and melt-compressing to produce a second polymer film in which carbon nanomaterials are uniformly dispersed, a method of manufacturing a film / fiber composite sheet is provided. The film / sheet type composite sheet of the present invention has excellent mechanical strength, excellent electrical / thermal conductivity, as well as excellent fracture strength when incorporated into a building material.
