The present invention relates to the use of BANF1, PLOD3 and SF3B4 as biomarkers capable of diagnosing and predicting early liver cancer in precancerous lesions. Specifically, the present invention relates to a composition and diagnostic kit for diagnosing early liver cancer comprising one or more markers for diagnosing early liver cancer selected from the group consisting of BANF1, PLOD3, and SF3B4 and a detection agent for the marker. The present invention also relates to a method for detecting one or more early liver cancer diagnostic markers selected from the group consisting of BANF1, PLOD3 and SF3B4 from a patient's sample, and a method for providing information for early liver cancer diagnosis using the marker.
