The purpose of the present invention is to provide a system configured to resolve a bottleneck phenomenon occurring when transactions are centralized by constructing a system which generates, extracts, transfers, loads, and converts data in real time between systems, eliminate a data missing phenomenon, caused by an item change, through formation of a database of information, and provide a financial service and support decision making in real time by a parallel processing method of multi row data, which uses a scheduler application. According to the present invention, a system for providing a financial service and supporting decision making in real time using a data process solution comprises: an account system server configured to generate business data and business log data through a framework by collecting terminal transactions of an account system and transmit, in real time, variable data acquired by varying the generated data into redo log information and archive log information through a CDC tool; an information system server configured to collect the variable data transmitted in real time from the account system server in a source of resource (SOR), perform a query of an application for conversion and aggregation based on set information collected through a scheduler application, and compare business log information acquired in real time with a process result of which an aggregation processing has been completed to collect and aggregate in parallel newly acquired business log information; and a monitoring unit configured to provide, to an information manager, monitoring of data loading and an aggregation state by dividing the monitoring by business using the log information aggregated by the information system server.
