The present invention relates to a nanofiber comprising a shell layer comprising PCL and a core layer comprising spirulina extract, alginate and PCL, and wound dressings using the same. The nanofiber according to the present invention has a hydrophilic structure capable of retaining a large amount of water, has good skin adhesion, can stably release spirulina extract for a long time, and thus is suitable for use in wound dressings.
