The present invention relates to a method for promoting fermentation of a native grass using a mineral ball, which reduces a fermentation period, and a native grass fermented extract liquid. The method of the present invention comprises: a step (A) of preparing a fermented mixture; a step (B) of preparing a mineral ball; a step (C) of introducing the mineral ball; and a step (D) of having fermentation and stabilizing periods and then, performing stirring and filtering.
