The present invention provides a world map modeling apparatus using integration of three-dimensional geographic space information of a construction site and a world map modeling method thereof which can construct a precise world map. The world map modeling apparatus comprises: a database to store first to n^th precise geographic space data consisting of a point cloud acquired by measuring a construction site by first to n^th automation equipment; a memory to store a world map modeling program to analyze the first to the n^th precise geographic space data to create a single world map for the construction site; and a processor to execute the world map modeling program stored in the memory to remove noise of the first to the n^th precise geographic space data stored in a storage unit, filter data of an overlapped area in the first to the n^th precise geographic space data from which nose is removed in an X-axis and a Y-axis direction, then filter the data of the overlapped area in a Z-axis direction, and use the filtered first to n^th precise geographic space data to create a single world map for the construction site.
