According to the present invention, an energy-saving flat floor stone system comprises: a flat floor stone body receiving heat from a furnace to an internal space through an inlet to discharge heat through an outlet, and having a vertically opened structure; a plurality of first partitions vertically arranged on an upper portion of the internal space of the flat floor stone body to be extended in a longitudinal direction to be arranged side by side in a width direction of the internal space; a plurality of second partitions vertically arranged on an upper portion of the internal space of the flat floor stone body to be extended in the width direction to be arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction of the internal space to form a grid structure with the first partitions to form a plurality of chambers vertically penetrating the internal space of the flat floor stone body; and a plurality of flat floor stones installed on upper portions of the first and second partitions and the flat floor stone body to block upper ends of the chambers, and heated by the heat. According to the present invention, construction is easy and economic construction is allowed. Heat conduction efficiency is increased and heat staying time is effectively delayed to greatly contribute to energy saving. The uniformity of temperature for the entire area can be improved by correction of heat transfer considering a heat supply path.
