The present invention relates to a butterfly valve. The butterfly valve includes: a body (10) integrated with an inflow passage (11a), a passage (11) with a protrusion (11c) placed on the edge, and a rotary hole (15); an opening and closing part (20) comprising a disc (21) regulating the flow of fluids, and a driving shaft (25) delivering rotational force to the disc (21); a sealing part (30) comprising a body sheet (31) selectively interlocked with the disc (21), and a disc sheet (35) sealing a joint with the body sheet (31); a protection part (40) comprising a pair of liners (41)(42), and a watertight ring (44) sealing a joint with the liners (41)(42); and a sealing part (50) comprising a sealing bush (51) sealing the inside, and a sealing packing (55) attached to one of the liners (41)(42) to seal a joint. Therefore, the butterfly valve is capable of guaranteeing a long lifespan with excellent airtightness and corrosion resistance.
