According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed are an event monitoring method, event monitoring system, and computer program based on event prediction using a deep learning model, which are configured to select, by a plurality of object elements, a main event and a preceding event temporally preceding the main event based on a criterion predetermined from a work system combined based on hierarchical relationship, learn a deep learning model using the selected events, and predict and determine the main event by inputting a plurality of pieces of event information generated in a real-time monitoring process into the deep learning model.
