Disclosed are a marketing service system and a method thereof which collect formal and informal data from shopping mall companies affiliated on business to construct big data and analyze the big data to provide a marketing support service to increase competitiveness for each shopping mall company. The marketing service system using big data comprises: a collection unit to be connected to operating servers of online shopping malls affiliated on business to collect a variety of information; a storage unit to classify and store information collected by the collection unit to construct big data; and an advertisement target selection unit to analyze the big data to generate advertisement target information to transmit the advertisement target information to an operating server of a matched online shopping mall. According to the present invention, even a company having difficulty in collecting sufficient information with internal information only can contribute to construction of big data by sharing information online and receive marketing support information or management support information.
