FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optoelectronics. Described method for increasing the efficiency of converting the absorbed energy of electromagnetic waves of a light flux into electrical energy, is associated, according to the invention, with the formation of an acoustoresonance electron-electric phenomenon in a battery structure made of photocells of a gallium arsenide single crystal, as a result of the formation of high-frequency ultrasonic shear wave oscillations, formed by one of the excited photocells of this battery, in their structure, excited high-frequency piezoelectric element of lithium niobate, located on the surface of this photocell.EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency of converting the absorbed energy of electromagnetic waves of a light flux into electrical energy.1 cl, 3 dwg
