The invention relates to systems for management training and optimal business system modelling. The technical result lies in reducing superfluous data collection and allowing the adaptation of user interfaces during training. The claimed system comprises a visualization, systematization and user interface unit (1), a user unit (2) comprising at least one automated user workstation (3), a data management, generation and storage unit (4) containing a plurality of peripheral data collection devices (5), and a business system modelling and diagnostic unit (6). The special functional features of each of the design variants are adapted to take into account different business-related training issues.
