The task is to reduce the air temperature in the compressor by cooling it in interstage refrigerators.;The problem is solved by installing interstage refrigerators in the discharge line, which allow lowering the temperature of the air in the compressor, which leads to a decrease in the compression polytropic index and, as a consequence, a decrease in the work spent by the compressor on air compression.
