The present utility model relates to building structures, in particular, to fixing devices of formwork, having in its composition adaptations for accommodating reinforcement and forming a space filled with a hardening mortar, forming together a part of a building structure. The technical result of the proposed utility model is the elimination of the involuntary disconnection of parts of the tie plate of the construction bridge when it is under pressure of the building mixture, thereby creating a reliable holding fixation of the formwork and, if necessary, reinforcement elements. The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the screed of construction, containing two elements interconnected with the formation of a jumper, at each end of which there is a shank with grooves for mounting the stop plate, and the jumper elements have at least one protruding fixing element and the slots corresponding to it, characterized in that in the upper part of the fixing element there is a holding protrusion interacting with the slots, and at least one notch is made along the vertical axis.
