A hexagonal prism simulator was created for group classes on the restoration of motor functions of hands, intellectual activity and spatial memory in patients of the neurological clinic, containing a hollow body made of plastic, having the shape of a straight hexagonal prism, whose lateral faces are rectangles of the same size with bases in the shape two regular hexagons. The same hollow conical handles are made on the hexagonal bases. On each of the six side faces of the hollow body, a series of six square-shaped recesses of the same size and depth are made to fit various symbols in the form of "crosses" and "zeros" or letters and numbers by means of an easily erasable water marker, and which are separated from each other and from the edges of the hollow body with jumpers of the same width.
