FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering, in particular, to structures that provide spawning migrations through the retaining structures of hydroelectric complexes of producers of anadromous fish to spawning grounds located on small and medium rivers, and passing a part of the waste discharges during the flood period. Fish passage spillway for ponds and reservoirs on small rivers includes a fish pass path, steps with partitions and surface trapezoidal swim in openings, two shields with slits of trapezoidal cross-section, one of which is fixed, and the second is moved with the help of a drive. Bottom of the holes in the shields of the first stage corresponds to the top of conservation storage, and the top – to the top of surcharge storage. Fish passage is combined with a reserve spillway and is designed as an open side channel. Magnitude of the level difference in the adjacent steps is taken based on the creation in a swim in opening of the flow velocity to be overcome with fish. Advantages of the invention are the possibility of controlled passing of water flow along the fish passage path during the spawning migrations of fish, providing acceptable flow rates in the swim in openings with sizes varying depending on the hydraulic conditions of the watercourse.;EFFECT: unobstructed passage through the fish passage of anadromously migratory fish and the discharge through the spillway of a part of the excess flood flow are ensured.;4 cl, 3 dwg
