METHOD FOR OPERATING TREATMENT OF RECURRENT PATELLA DISLOCATION

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and may be applicable for the surgical treatment of recurrent patella dislocation. Before performing supracondylar osteotomy on the femur the mounting of the protractor is performed. Two threaded rods at the distal end and having retaining groove with a retainer at the proximal end proximal to the osteotomy zone and one such rod distal to the osteotomy zone are installed. In the grooves of the rods, which are installed proximal to the osteotomy zone, the curved bar is passed with the retaining groove with the retention pin and a hinge having a volume of movement of 360°. Through the retaining groove of the rod, which is installed distal to the osteotomy zone, the straight bar is passed with the retaining groove with a lock. Through the retaining grooves with clamps for straight and curved plates the graduated bar with marks from 0° up to 180° is passed, by positioning it along the osteotomy line. Percutaneous osteotomy of the femur is performed. Focusing on the graduated bar of the protractor, inward detortion of condyles is performed. Protractor is stabilized, fixing the plates in the slots. Osteosynthesis of the femur is performed. Protractor elements are removed.;EFFECT: method allows to prevent bias error, reduce the risk of recurrence of dislocation.;1 cl, 1 ex, 1 dwg
