FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dentistry, and can be used for simultaneous measurement of parameters in two mutually perpendicular planes. Anthropometric parameters are measured at the gypsum model of the jaws simultaneously in two mutually perpendicular planes using a three-dimensional anthropometric device. Device contains two bodies: large and small, fixed T-shaped relative to each other. Each of the bodies has movable canvases in the form of spokes. Length of the spokes exceeds the width of the bodies. Spokes are made with the ability to move in a vertical plane in the locks located in the bodies. Locks are rectangular plates, between which there is a moving canvas in the form of spokes. To measure the parameters, the central needle of the large body and located perpendicular to the small body is set in the region of the mid palatine suture. Spokes of the movable canvas of the large body are placed at the points specified by the measurement of the desired parameter. Then, holding the bodies, the large body is lowered until it comes into easy contact with the model's teeth. As a result of the synchronous movement of the bodies, the spokes of the movable canvas take the relief of anatomical structures.
