FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely, to buildings from panel structures. Building includes a base, prefabricated single-module and two-module wall panels arranged in staggered order, and floor slabs. Building is started with installation of anchor elements, which are arranged in base at distance equal to half length of two-module panel. Adjacent wall panels horizontally are connected by means of loops coming out from ends of panels, and vertically by means of reinforcement rods connected to anchor elements and passing through loops and through tube installed in vertical hole made in body of two-module panel. In the horizontal seams, reinforcement is laid on the whole floor of the building and floor slabs are installed on it.;EFFECT: high strength of building under extreme actions.;9 cl, 12 dwg
