FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for treating parapelvic renal cysts. Under ultrasound guidance, a parenteral needle is inserted through the soft lumbar tissues into the cavity of the parapelvic cyst through the soft tissues of the lumbar region with a channel diameter of not less than No. 3 CH, through the canal of which 0.02 % aqueous methylene blue solution is introduced through the canal of the parapelvic cyst, a flexible optical fiber, a conducting light beam from artificial light source, wherein ureteroscope is introduced through urethra, urinary bladder and ureter into renal pelvis to locate parapelvic cyst, through working channel of which light-conducting laser fiber is conducted, connected to surgical laser, by means of which drainage hole is caved in cavity of cyst, through which then contents of cyst, colored in characteristic blue color, flows into renal pelvis, wherein said drainage hole is made in the avascular region of the renal pelvis wall, previously determined visually, using the transillumination effect on the localization of the light spot formed by the light beam from the flexible light-conducting fiber in the cavity of the parapelvic cyst, at the end of the operation, a ureteral S-shaped stent is placed in the renal cavity to be removed after at least one month.;EFFECT: method enables reducing traumatization, reducing the risk of developing haemorrhage.;1 cl
