CATALYST FOR DEEP HYDROTREATING OF VACUUM GAS OIL AND METHOD OF ITS PREPARATION

FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of hydrotreating catalysts. Described is a vacuum gas oil hydrotreating catalyst consisting of MoO₃, WO₃ and NiO, content in calcined MoO₃ catalyst is 1.5–7.5 wt%, WO₃ – 15–25 wt%, NiO – 3–5 wt%, rest is carrier. Carrier is aluminum oxide, modified with acid-soluble phosphates and crystalline aluminum phosphates in amount of total 5–20 wt%. Described is a method of preparing said catalyst, involving peptisation of aluminum hydroxide with a monobasic acid, introduction of compounds from a series of phosphates and crystalline aluminum phosphates in an amount of about 5–20 wt% in the form of a suspension in an aqueous solution acidified with hydrochloric acid (pH=3), evaporation of the obtained mixture of initial compounds to residual moisture content of 60–70 %, followed by extrusion molding, drying and calcining the obtained extrudates, impregnation of obtained extrudates with a combined solution containing heteropoly compounds of molybdenum H₃[P(Mo₁₂O₄₀)] and tungsten H₇[P(WO₃)₁₂]×29H₂O, nickel nitrate Ni(NO₃)₂×6H₂O and one of the following organic acids: citric, maleic or tartaric, followed by heat treatment.;EFFECT: obtaining catalyst characterized by high activity in hydrotreating of vacuum gas oil.;6 cl, 2 tbl, 12 ex
