METHOD OF CORRECTION OF MICROCIRCULATION DISORDERS ACCOMPANYING EXPERIMENTAL INFLAMMATION IN PERIODONTIUM TISSUES

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for correction of microcirculation disorders accompanying experimental inflammation in periodontium tissues. For this purpose, phyto-adaptogens-based phyto-cocktail is used 70 % alcohol-containing extract of common licorice, rhodiola rosea, eleuterococcus in ratio of components 2:1:1, which is taken inside for 14 days before experimental modeling and 7 days after, in amount of 0.1 ml day per 100 g of animal's body under the control of dynamics of microcirculation.;EFFECT: invention provides correction of disturbances in system of periodontal tissues microcirculation in experimental inflammation, restoration of regulation in conditions of pathological effect of chronic trauma, stress and high-carbohydrate diet during modeling – main etiological factors of periodontitis.;1 cl, 4 dwg, 1 tbl
