Method for the reconstruction of image data (PIC _FINAL ) of a moving examination subject from measured data, wherein the measurement data were acquired during a relative rotational movement between a radiation source (C2, C4) of a computed tomography system (C1) and the examination object, first image data (PIC _PRIOR ) are calculated (REKON) from a measurement data set of the measurement data which is complete for a computed tomography image reconstruction second image data (PIC _MBF ) are calculated from a measurement data set of the measurement data that is incomplete for computed tomography image reconstruction, the first image data (PIC _PRIOR ) and the second image data (PIC _MBF ) are combined (MIX) into third image data (PIC _FINAL ), wherein the combination is calculated using location-dependent motion information of the examination subject.
