The invention relates to diagnosing non-infectious diseases on the basis of statistical data processing methods. The present method involves measuring parameters which characterize a patient's condition. The parameters obtained are processed using statistical methods. The most significant diagnostic parameters are identified, the deviation of which from the norm serves as the basis for diagnosing the presence of a disease. Parameters which characterize the patient's condition, including clinical anamnestic data and laboratory instrumentation data, are also measured. For those parameters for which reference ranges exist, the arithmetic mean is calculated, while the remaining parameters are assigned a "1" or a "0" depending on a category feature. A personalized clinical-biochemical condition matrix is constructed, in which parameters characterizing the patient's condition are arranged in succession, and the rows contain the norm and different ranges of deviation of a measured value from a personalized reference value for a given parameter, a binary coefficient "1" being assigned if the value of the parameter falls in the said range, and a "0" being assigned if it does not. The resulting matrix is processed using statistical methods. The most significant parameters affecting the patient's condition are identified and serve as the basis for diagnosing the presence of a disease in the patient in question. The invention makes it possible to increase the accuracy with which non-infectious diseases are diagnosed.
