An object is to provide a visual guide device that guides movement from a predetermined position to a separate position different from the predetermined position. A visual guidance device includes: an image data acquisition unit 111 that acquires image data when a machine 30 is viewed from a predetermined position and image data when the machine 30 is viewed from a separate position different from the predetermined position; an image converting unit 112 that generates one or more pieces of image data by converting, with one or more aspect ratios, the image data when the machine 30 is viewed from the predetermined position detected by the image data acquiring unit 111; and a guide display control unit 113 sequentially displaying on the display unit 20 the image data when the machine 30 is viewed from the predetermined position, the one or more pieces of image data generated by the image converting unit 112, and the image data, when the machine 30 is seen from the separated position different from the predetermined position so as to guide a movement from the predetermined position to the separated position different from the predetermined position.
