Cable assembly of a truck box, characterized by: a first standard interface board ("SIP"); a drum assembly including a base for attachment to the first SIP, a first clamping portion, and a cable wound around a spool for extension and retraction; and a second SIP located on a wall of the truck box opposite a location of the first SIP and having a second clamping portion for receiving the first clamping portion to selectively secure the cable.
