The device comprises at least, for the simulation of a given environment: a support containing polymorphic documentation (22) describing at least said given environment, said documentation being stored in different formats, each format being adapted to a particular medium capable of be interfaced to said device; a medium memorizing in the form of graphs a set of scenarios consisting of preprogrammed procedural paths (23) specific to said given environment; a scenario engine (21) able to execute said procedural paths in a context described by said polymorphic documentation; said polymorphic documentation (22), said set of scenarios (23) and said scenario engine (21) being segregated, said polymorphic documentation and said set of scenarios being able to be interfaced to the scenario engine.
