First sensor signals are received from first sensor 2 (Fig. 3) attached to part of the body. Second sensor signals are received from second sensor 2 attached to the body. The first and second sensor signals each comprise 3D position information indicating sensor location. From each of the first and second sensor signals are determined at least two angles of rotation (pitch, roll and/or yaw) of the body part to which each sensor is attached relative a centre of rotation of another body part, to perform a comparative or differential analysis to determine how different parts of the body move relatively to each other simultaneously. The signals may be transformed to provide 2D coordinate data in a 2D coordinate space, the two dimensions representing two rotation angles. The signals may instead be transformed to provide 3D coordinate data in a 3D coordinate space, two planes indicating two rotation angles respectively.
