The invention relates to a conductive profile having electrically insulating profile elements (2a, 2b) having grooves (4a, 4b) extending parallel to one another in the longitudinal extension direction(L) of the profile elements (2a, 2b). The grooves (4a, 4b) are limited by a pair of groove side walls (5) and have groove bottoms (6). The conductive profile has electric conductors (3) which are held in the grooves (4a, 4b) of the profile elements (2a, 2b) and are extended in parallel side by side in the vertical extension direction (L) of the profile elements (2a, 2b). The end sides of the profile elements (2a, 2b) have protrusions (7). The protrusions (7) are formed by the groove side walls (5) or a set of groove side walls (5), and the set of groove side walls (5) have grooves (4a, 4b) inthe recess portions (8) extended into the end sides of the adjacent profile elements (2a, 2b).
