The invention belongs to the technical field of ferrous metallurgy, and relates to a method and device for mass-energy conversion recycling of duplex steelmaking dephosphorization converter gas for diversified blowing so as to realize efficient dephosphorization. According to the invention, the dephosphorization converter gas enters a combustion chamber after being cooled and dedusted, the CO component of the gas is converted into CO2 in the combustion chamber, the heat generated by combustion is recovered at the same time, and then mass-energy conversion of the dephosphorization converter gas is realized; and the converted gas passes through a top blowing system of the dephosphorization converter to realize diversified gas O2-N2-CO2 blowing dephosphorization, bottom blowing stirring of the mass-energy converted gas is realized through a bottom blowing system, and the diversified blowing process is controlled in stages. The method is suitable for a 30-350 ton dephosphorization converter, and the strong stirring and temperature control effects of N2 and CO2 in the mass-energy converted gas are utilized to provide good thermodynamic and dynamic conditions for dephosphorization, thus improving the dephosphorization rate by 5% or above, recycling dephosphorization gas of 10-50 Nm3/t steel, and recovering steam of 5-20 kg/t steel.
