The test data processing apparatus comprises: an image acquisition unit for acquiring test image data of each camera module, and comprising a plurality of image acquisition subunits arranged in a matrix form; an image conversion unit for receiving the test image data by multi-channel video streaming and converting it into display data suitable for display; and an image display unit for displaying an image based on the display data on a display interface, which displays a plurality of display sub-interfaces arranged in a matrix form on the display interface.
