PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Raman spectrum method and apparatus for measuring spatiotemporal temperature distribution and temperature phase distribution. SOLUTION: A steady temperature field is constructed, the temperature of a sample to be detected is detected, and the center position of a light spot of a continuous detection laser is adjusted to obtain a temperature distribution in a steady space. Then, by adjusting the center position of the light spot of the pulse detection laser and adjusting the time lag between the two lasers, step S2 of acquiring the temperature distribution of the instantaneous space and the temperature field to be detected are constructed. By adjusting the time lag between the pulse heating laser and the pulse detection laser, the curve of the time lag change of the temperature at the center position of the light spot of the sample to be detected is obtained, and the phase difference between the curve and the pulse heating laser is calculated. Adjusting the center position of the light spot of the pulse detection laser to obtain a phase distribution at spatial positions where the temperature of the sample to be detected is different.
