To prevent updating of chart information from being disabled by an in-hospital device provided in a hospital in a system including a terminal device carried by a doctor staying out and the like, the in-hospital device, and a cloud acting as an intermediate between both devices.SOLUTION: When receiving an update request of first medical chart information, a first device 101 is configured to check if first control information indicative of the first medical chart information is registered in a first table T1 storing control information indicative of the medical chart information targeted for exclusion control. Herein, when it is checked that the first control information is registered therein, the first device 101 is configured to prohibit updating of the first medical chart information. When receiving an update request of second medical chart information, a second device 102 is configured to make a third device 103 check if second control information indicative of the second medical chart information is registered in the first table T1. Herein, when the check is failed, or it is checked that the second control information is registered therein, the second device 102 is configured to prohibit updating of the second medical chart information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
