PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technetium-99m isolation system and a technetium-99m isolation method. An initial introduction control unit 10 introduces an aqueous solution W containing molybdenum 99 and technetium-99m and an organic solvent O into an extraction tank 20. The fine mixing control unit 11 heats the mixed solution M of the aqueous solution W and the organic solvent O while stirring, and applies ultrasonic waves U to finely mix the aqueous solution W and the organic solvent O. The separation control unit 12 separates the finely mixed mixed solution M into two phases of the aqueous solution W and the organic solvent O. The take-out / introduction control unit 13 passes the separated organic solvent O through the adsorption column 13a that adsorbs the molybdenum 99 and introduces it into the evaporation / elution tank 21. The evaporation control unit 14 heats the organic solvent O and applies ultrasonic waves U while reducing the pressure inside the evaporation elution tank 21.
