PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt ultrasonic flaw detection inspection method and apparatus capable of inspecting deterioration of a bolt without exchanging a probe even when the dimension in the flaw detection direction is large. An anchor bolt ultrasonic flaw detection inspection device (10) of the present invention uses an ultrasonic probe (16) to inspect a corroded portion of an anchor bolt. The anchor bolt ultrasonic flaw detection inspection device 10 uses a curved vibrator 18 having a curvature that changes the refraction angle in the ultrasonic incident direction as the ultrasonic probe 16 to detect flaws in the flaw detection portion.
