SOLUTION: This is a surface wave exploration analysis device that detects the vertical vibration of surface waves generated around the ground surface by vibrating the ground surface up and down to perform ground exploration, and the device is the surface wave. Two acceleration detectors 11A and 11B for detecting vertical vibration, a measuring unit that receives the detection signal and outputs acceleration time series signals A (t) and B (t), and an input signal for the acceleration time series signal. The process of receiving as SA and SB, processing the received input signal, calculating the propagation average velocity Vrb (f) and the depth D (f) of the surface wave, and calculating the propagation average velocity and the depth. After repeatedly generating the depth D-propagation average velocity Vrb curve, a plurality of variation points are selected for the generated depth D-propagation average velocity Vrb curve, and the section velocity between the selected variation points is calculated.
