To provide a medicine feeding device capable of allowing medicine to align around a peripheral wall part to supply a piece of medicine one by one from the one positioned at the downstream side in a rotation direction of a rotator without carrying out an adjustment work for individual medicine.SOLUTION: A rotator 110 rotates centering on an axis line that extends in a vertical direction, and includes a slope 110s in a conical surface coaxially with the axis line that tilts downward as it goes outward in a radial direction centering on the axis line. A peripheral wall part extends in an arc shape along the circumference direction centering on the axis line above the slope 110S, and supports the piece of medicine supplied onto the slope 110s from the outside of the radial direction. A discharge part 131 discharges pieces of medicine downward from a slope 110s, the medicine being transported along the peripheral wall part by the rotation of a rotator 110.
