To provide a person behavior monitoring apparatus capable of efficiently monitoring persons staying and prowling in a facility in real-time even in an environment where many people come and go.SOLUTION: The person behavior monitoring apparatus includes a processor 12 that is configured to acquire pick-up images 31 from each of multiple cameras 1 to obtain tracking information by analyzing the pick-up images 31 and to generate a monitor image including images relevant to a prowling person. The processor 12 is configured to generate a monitor image by overlapping a first-person rectangle 32 representing a candidate of the prowling person and a second person rectangle 32 representing the prowling person with the pick-up image 31 with respect to the person detected from the pick-up images 31 for each camera 1 on the basis of first and second tracking tables.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
