PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a nitrogen-added Co-Cr-Mo-based alloy and a nitrogen-added Co-Cr-Mo-based alloy having excellent mechanical properties by containing a γ-phase and an ε-phase in a predetermined ratio. SOLUTION: Cr: 26 to 35% by weight, Mo: 2 to 8% by weight, N: 0.1 to 0.3% by weight is contained, and the balance is composed of Co and unavoidable impurities, and has a γ phase having an fcc structure. It contains the ε phase of the hcp structure in a ratio of 65-80: 35-20. A raw material alloy containing Cr: 26 to 35% by weight, Mo: 2 to 8% by weight, N: 0.1 to 0.3% by weight, and the balance consisting of Co and unavoidable impurities is subjected to solution heat treatment and constant temperature. Manufactured by sequentially performing aging treatment and reverse transformation heat treatment. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
