PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a cell type which cannot be determined by a conventional scattergram. SOLUTION: This is a cell analysis method for analyzing cells contained in a biological sample by using a deep learning algorithm having a neural network structure, relating to individual cells flowing through the flow path and passing through the flow path. The signal strength is acquired, numerical data corresponding to the acquired signal strength for each cell is input to the deep learning algorithm, and based on the result output from the deep learning algorithm, the type of cell for which the signal strength is acquired is selected as the cell type.
