To manufacture a sharp edge that can be sharpened immediately.SOLUTION: A laminate material is made by welding once a hard and soft material in flat pile. Then, the laminate material is cut in round slices, and cut in a direction across a cross section of the laminate, to thereby form an end face where the hard and soft material appears repeatedly. Otherwise, a non-cutting notch 11 is formed from both side faces of the cross section, and the notch is opened, to thereby obtain a long material of a vertical laminate in which a hard and soft metal appears repeatedly on the top of the blade.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
