PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required for analysis of a temperature of a refrigerant. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger is based on an analysis result of a pre-analysis step of calculating a gas flow around a heat exchanger 3 for heat exchange between a refrigerant and a gas by a three-dimensional CAE analysis and an analysis result of the pre-analysis step. The temperature T c of the gas before passing through the heat exchanger 3 using the specific step of specifying the ratio α of the gas that wraps around to pass through the heat exchanger 3 again after passing through 3 and the ratio α specified in the specific step. A main analysis step is provided in which the temperature of the gas is calculated by one-dimensional CAE analysis using the predicted gas temperature T c . [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
