PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensitive and high-specificity method of testing for lymphocytic infundibulo-neurohypophysitis.SOLUTION: A test reagent for lymphocytic infundibulo-neurohypophysitis is provided, containing at least six consecutive amino acids from among amino acids 580- 625 of rabphilin-3a, as well as a peptide to which an anti-rabphilin 3a antibody specifically binds.SELECTED DRAWING: None
