To provide a performance evaluation device that can evaluate impacts of arbitrary factors on a performance of a plant.SOLUTION: A performance evaluation device comprises a performance evaluation unit that, on the basis of a function indicative of a relationship between a performance of a plant and one or a plurality of parameters, moves a point indicative of a performance when each of the parameters takes a prescribed value so that at least one of the parameters is a prescribed reference value along a multi-dimensional curved surface the function indicates, and thereby, calculates the performance when the parameter is the reference value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
