PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently utilize free resources even when contiguous free resources cannot be secured in cloud.;SOLUTION: A resource reservation management device 10 comprises: a storage section for storing resource capacity of a compute machine and resource reservation information; a reservation notification section 11 for, from a user terminal, receiving reservation request information including a running requested time zone, a running time, and requested specifications as a reservation of a master lease: a scheduling section 12 for generating a slave lease in which the running time of the master lease is divided so as to meet a free resource time expressed in the resource reservation information, and setting thereof into the resource reservation information; a reservation management section for detecting occurrence of prescribed events including stopping, migrating, resuming, and deleting of created instances by referring to the resource reservation information; and an instance management section 15 for transmitting instruction information to the compute machine in accordance with an instance creation instruction and the prescribed detected events.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT
