To provide a vicarious execution mediation device, a method, and a program that can make an excellent mediation between a client and an agent.SOLUTION: A CPU 200C of a vicarious execution mediation device mediates a client who wishes delivery of an ordered item with multiple agents who deliver the ordered item to a designated location. The CPU 200C comprises a vicarious execution date reception unit accepting registration of a vicarious execution available date of an agent, a vicarious execution date determination unit determining whether the vicarious execution available date meets a prescribed number or a prescribed time within a prescribed period, a vicarious execution date registration unit registering the vicarious execution available date of the agent on the basis of the determination result at the vicarious execution date determination unit, a delivery request reception unit accepting a delivery request of the ordered item from the client, a delivery request notification unit notifying the agent of the delivery request on the basis of a registration state of the vicarious execution available date of the agent once the delivery request reception unit has accepted the delivery request, a first commission addition unit adding a first commission to the agent on the basis of the delivery completion by the agent, and a second commission addition unit adding a second commission different from the first commission to the agent when vicarious executions of all delivery requests accepted within the prescribed period are completed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2C
