To provide a sensitiveness evaluation system capable of supporting a change of design of an evaluation object so that user's impression to the evaluation object becomes closer to a target impression.SOLUTION: A sensitiveness evaluation system 10 comprises an acquisition unit 16 acquiring impression evaluation information representing how closer to an impression indicated by a plurality of sensitiveness words user's impression to an evaluation object is, a calculation unit 17 calculating a coordinate that is a coordinate indicating user's impression to the evaluation object and is on a coordinate space composed of multiple sensitiveness axes by calculating an evaluation value for each of the multiple sensitiveness axes on the basis of the acquired impression evaluation information, a determination unit 18 determining whether the calculated coordinate locates in a target area in the coordinate space indicating the target impression, and a presentation unit 19 presenting directivity to make the coordinate closer to the target area if it is determined that the calculated coordinate locates out of the target area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
